    By previous notice the 2019 Millennium schedule as was displayed on the website was withdrawn as it was rendered irrelevant due to the fact that the education authorities have changed school holidays’ starting-, and ending, dates. It has now been corrected and will be the only schedule applicable. Socoro indemnifies itself from the effects of anyone utilizing any historic version of the schedule. Should Socoro elect to furnish future Millennium Schedules these will only be available during September of the preceding year.

With no living area stairwell the 4 bedroom en-suite golf view Villa 5913 has, for all practical purposes, all the conveniences which the marginally bigger Villas have, yet on the face of it has the same open plan space proportions. That includes a double garage which houses a table tennis table and also private cupboards for all owners. The granite kitchen and massive living room have sliding doors onto the magnificent covered entertainment patio with stainless steel braai - all leading onto a heated pool. The adjacent family room sports a pool table and bar fridge. The laid out garden has an irrigation installation to keep it pristine.  The west side Golf view patio is for enjoying sundowners -  relaxed and away from kid’s noises be it ping pong / clattering pool balls / wall mounted TVs & superb surround sound / swimming pool splashing. 

Building cost escalations of late are pricing San Lameer shares out of the market, so bringing in 13 subscribers per project instead of 10 has a marked effect on price levels, not even speaking  of the relief on ever increasing levies. Where shares in Villa 5913 work out at R 595,000 apiece to effect such for new Villas on the 10 shares configuration will be well in excess of R 800,000 per share. We also do own financing and are quite flexible on terms. 

There was also a rethink on scheduling of holiday time. With very few people on time constraints utilizing all 3 segments per year on the original Millennium schedule for 10 shareholders  visiting  we have elected to now opt for 13 subscribers   - each then having  2 by 2 week stints per year running Friday to Friday – more on the timeshare model – with one slot in the first six months and the other during the second half of the year. The standard Millennium schedule was adapted quite ingeniously – inclusive of the improved Friday to Friday innovation - for 13 participants and then seems more practical than the older arrangement which had no set starting day pattern.  We do our own most selective in-house renting to Group members / friends / family / associates with in-season tariffs coming to in excess of R 4,000 per day.
